Admission season and depression
Hey there, my fellow classmates today i am going to talk about my experience of the admission season. After finishing the HSC exam we get about one year of time to get ourseleves admitted into a good University. That time after the HSC exam i would like to refer as the admission season. This admission season was a bad experience of my life if not the worst.
Due to the COVID- 19 pandemic our syllabus was Shortened down to less than half. With that ammount of syllabus I passed the HSC exam with a pretty good score. After passing the exam, there was a dilemma whether the admission exam will be on full sylabus or short syllabus. After finish the HSC exam with less than half of the syllabus then Taking preparation for the admission test with the full syllabus is not a cup of tea.
For that reason i was not getting into any good government University. At that time, i started to question myself "where did I go wrong?" I started doubting my ability. As a result I was falling in to depression day by day. At that moment, I couln't tolerate any suggestion regarding the admission exam given by anybody becuase they sound a taunts to me. I was loosing all my hopes day by day And soon the admission test was over.
At that period of time my family was very patient with me they supported me in many shapes and forms for that i realised the there is no one closer to you than you family.
After that i got ino BRAC university and promised myself one thing that no matter what happens I would try my best to do well in the future. After getting in to BRAC i came accross bunch of good people that further became very good friends of mine. Now, i think that the admission season was a life leason for me. That taught me life won't be easy on you, there will br ups and downs. But we need to always stand up and conquer our difficulties
