Bhutan: The Land of the Thunder Dragon!
My most recent trip to Bhutan's Thimphu and Paro was stunning. So I decided to write a blog about the tour. Before my trip to Bhutan, I knew nothing about the country other than the fact that it is still ruled by a king. But once I arrived, I understood that Bhutan is much more than just the country with the happiest people and beautiful landscapes. I fell in love with the country during my 4-days trip. Bhutan is known for having one of the most dangerous airports in the world, o nly 8 licensed pilots are permitted to land at the Paro airport worldwide. So, I choose to go by road using India-Bhutan boarder. It was rather simple to enter the city of harmony because I had a on arrival visa. My accommodation was close to the Mahabodhi Temple, so I could observe their religious ceremony from a very close distance.
